Now we’re giving you a chance to snag one of these blockbuster boxes. For our Birchbox + Teen Vogue Giveaway, we’ve got 100 boxes up for grabs and you have three ways to enter to win:

Teen queen and former Disney star Miley Cyrus debuted a darling new bob via her Twitter feed yesterday. After sporting long blonde locks at the People’s Choice Awards just a month ago, the 19-year-old starlet is looking fresh and modern.

While today’s Twitter feeds may be filled exclusively with football, chips and dip, our Tweeters were up to their old tricks earlier in the week. Here are some of our favorites.
We love anything behind the scenes! We were thrilled when Pat McGrath gave us a sneak peek at Jessica Stam’s look for a new Cover Girl project:

More after the jump!
The good, the bad, and the just plain weird from the Twitterverse this past week:
While the celeb gossip sites swirled with the news that Demi had entered the hospital (exhaustion, anorexsia, whip-its?!), Ashton was hangin’ ten on the streets of Sao Paulo…

One of our absolute favorite classy ladies, Ellen Degeneres, put out a Tweet that we don’t quite understand—but we suspect we would have liked to have been at that party:

When the first “Sh*t Girls Say” video showed up in our Twitter feed, we couldn’t help but laugh. It may as well have been titled “Overhead at Birchbox HQ.”
- What’s wrong with my computer?
- I had to get up at, like, six this morning.
- Can you do me a huge favor?
But then the trend took off: “Sh*t New Yorkers Say,” “Sh*t Hipsters Say,” “Sh*t Vegans Say.” We could hardly keep up!
After watching waaay too many of these videos, we picked the three that, for better or worse, reflect us the best:
Even on our busiest days, we somehow make time to click on over to Twitter to see what is going on. What can we say? We’re tweet-happy! And seriously, you can learn a lot from Twitter. Like what Snooki looks like without bronzer and eyeliner—mind-blowing. Here, our favorite Twitter moments from this week.
First and foremost Snooki took the Internet by storm when she uploaded a picture of herself with no makeup! Reviews were highly positive. Snooki: Team Birchbox approves! Put the bronzer away!

If you follow the Birchbox Team on Twitter, you already know we are VERY big Downton Abbey fans. We couldn’t look away when we saw a heated argument breakout over Edith and whether we should pity or hate her. What do you think?

Last, but certainly not least, it’s been made offical that The Carrie Diaries, the story of Carrie Bradshaw before she moved to NYC, will be made into a television show. Emotions were a rollercoaster. See some comments below or follow the excitment on Twitter via #thecarriediaries

If you follow this blog or our Twitter account, you’ve already been reading posts and tweets by our new community manager, Rachel. She jumped right in last week with tons of ideas for getting our members more involved in Birchbox. First up? A new email address, community@birchbox.com, for our members to share their blog reviews, unboxing videos, pictures of their Birchboxes and more. In fact, the first member feature went up yesterday! She’ll be bringing many more fun contests, blog posts, and pictures from inside Birchbox HQ—keep an eye out!

Hometown: Huntington Woods, Michigan
Unofficial role: Social Butterfly
Fun fact: I was a competitive Synchronized Figure Skater from ages 7-20. If you are not from Michigan or Canada you probably have no idea what that means. Click here to be amazed.
Beauty confession: I just started using night cream this year! Obviously it’s totally improved my skin. I keep getting compliments and have to pretend I have no idea why my skin looks so nice.
Currently loving: Jouer Lip Enhancer. I got a sample in the Birchbox I received when I came in for my first interview and was immediatly hooked!
Worth the splurge: Moroccan Oil. Does that count as a splurge? I’m addicted to all of the products. I use their Hydrating Styling Cream when I blow my hair out, Curl Control Mousse in the summer (it’s so not mousse—they should call it Foamy Goodness), and Intense Curl Cream if it’s super humid.
Best beauty trick: Hammer-style blow dryers. Some people make fun of me but I’ve been using them since I was in eighth grade and it makes blowing out curly or wavy hair one million times easier. I’ve used all of the brands but currently I have an infinitiPro by Conair. Don’t laugh… just trust me :)
