When you cook your food, you cook out the enzymes your body needs to break it all down, so try to always eat something raw with every meal to aid in digestion. I keep a huge batch of this salad in my fridge at all times. It is so incredibly flavorful and delicious that it’s something I never seem to get sick of.

Deep Hair Conditioner: Coconut Oil. Apply a healthy scoop of coconut oil to your hair focusing on the ends. Comb it through, then wrap into a bun and let it sit for 20 minutes while you do other things. Take a shower and style as you normally would. Your hair will be incredibly soft and luxurious feeling!
