While we adore video tutorials, sometimes we need a quick step-by-step that we can move through at our own pace. Enter: gif tutorials. Like videos, they make it easy for us to imitate the motions, but we don’t have to press pause every time we need to take a second look. Plus, they’re pretty fun to watch.
When it comes to our daily beauty routines, we often overlook our eyebrows. We’re so busy evening out our tinted moisturizer and applying that extra swipe of lipgloss we usually forget that one of the most important final touches is filling in our brows.
Luckily, our friends over at Benefit Cosmetics have got us covered with their life-changing new product, Gimme Brow. The innovative fiber-gel formula adheres to skin and hair creating eyebrows where there were none before. Best of all, it blends easily and is a cinch to use thanks to its precision applicator brush. To prove just how genius this product is, we asked our editorial intern Ashley to transform her arches before your eyes with just a few swipes of this (magical?) wand.
30 Rock fans, you can start breathing a sigh of relief; Tina Fey won’t be straying too far from TV just yet. Hollywood’s leading comedic femme fatale has another show in the works.
Deadline broke the news yesterday that NBC has purchased the as of yet untitled show. The Cheers-style workplace comedy, centered around its female characters, will be written and produced by 30 Rock alum Colleen McGuinness. Fey is backing the show as an executive producer, which means we expect lots of perfectly timed arm-flinging antics in each episode. Color us supes excited!
If you love Fey and her comedic prowess, you probably also love her reaction GIFs as much as we do. In honor of her new show, let’s reflect on a few lessons she taught us over the years as Liz Lemon:

June begins Saturday! See what we’ll be up to this month in our June Agenda.
When I was a little girl, I had a tradition on Sunday nights with my dad. After family dinner, we’d drive to my local Walgreen’s and hang out in the aisles. While he’d flip through the latest magazines, I would pore over the pens and pencils—scouting out any new additions that could potentially join my school bag lineup.
It sounds a little strange to hang out in the pen aisle, I know, but I swear that while I was growing up in the ’90s, there was some very serious pen innovation happening. Every week something new could pop up that would blow your mind. I got to take part in the era of Lisa Frank, multi-color and glitter-friendly gelly rolls, and who could forget the squiggle pen? Which is all a very nostalgic way of saying that I have had a fairly long love affair with pens—and that I am very picky when it comes to what I actually like.
5 Ways to Use Wallpaper (Besides Putting it On Your Walls)
Wallpaper always felt like one of those things best left to crafty design bloggers and nesting homeowners—i.e, not 20-somethings living in shoebox-sized apartments. But that’s about to change, thanks to Chasing Paper, a new line of stunning, high-quality removable wallpaper. Launched by Elizabeth Rees, the company is all about design and choice. And these gorgeous papers aren’t just for walls—Rees gave us beginner-friendly ways you can brighten up your living space. Read on.
Chasing Paper was created in the conversations with serial-movers, stylish mamas, renters who feel like anything but, those with a hate-hate relationship with white walls, and, of course, DIYers. It’s high design meets no-commitment, no-hassle, change-your-mind-as-many-times-as-you-want-to. We offer beautifully rich and textured paper that is sold in 2 foot by 4 foot panels. It finally allows people to tackle small projects that have a big impact at an affordable price. And while Chasing Paper is great for dressing up your white walls, that’s not all….
1. The Dresser: Maybe it’s survived a few moves and now you have to strategically place flowers and design books to cover nicks and scratches. Give it new life (and style) by covering the top or lining the drawers. You can change the paper whenever you like, or perhaps after your next move!
2. The Backsplash: You probably never noticed the little wall behind your sink or below your cabinets, but once you cover it with a fun print it’ll be a showstopper. Just wipe the paper down if things get a bit messy.
3. The Great Frame Up: So you can’t afford fancy art—no worries! Just pick a panel of Chasing Paper and frame it or just put it right on your wall—you’ll have interesting, impactful, and affordable art.
4. The Ikea Table: It’s practical and small, and heck, it was only $10 at Ikea. Why not dress it up and make it original?
5. The Original Accent Wall: We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the old standby in the wallpapering world: the accent wall. Just choose a spot and a pattern!
