How To: Get The Perfect Cat Eye
I love experimenting with eye makeup, but sometimes all that swatching, blending, and layering just to make a tiny mistake and have to start over is just too frustrating.
This is precisely why I love the cat eye (or kitten eye). Sure, drawing a steady line with a heavy liquid liner brush can be intimidating, but the look goes best with minimal-to-no shadow, so if you slip up (or can’t get that winged angle just right), simply remove and start again. Our Birchbox France editors wanted to make this statement eye as bold and easy to get as possible. Take a peek at this how-to video and your cat eyes will be more glam than mod-eyed beauties like Twiggy and Sophia Loren.

How To: 360-Degree Braids
The braided updo is probably our favorite hair trend right now and it has no signs of vanishing as we get deeper into fall and winter. As gorgeous as it may be, however, attempting one of these woven styles on our own can be a bit intimidating and confusing.
Luckily, our Birchbox France editors have come to the rescue. Using a few spritzes of Beauty Protector Protect and Detangle, a handful of bobby pins, and a hair twist, these awesome 360-degree braids are a cinch.

How to: Supereasy Smoky Eye
This sultry look is go-to favorite that anyone can rock—but we know that it can seem daunting to do on your own (no one wants to end up with raccoon eyes)! Luckily, the team at Birchbox France put together one of the easiest tutorials we’ve seen using an eyeshadow chubby pencil, a blending brush, and mascara. Then, just add a few extra steps, and the look is perfect for a night out.
Watch the video above to see the whole tutorial and create the look yourself!
