During the spring and summer there’s nothing I love more than getting the perfect pedicure to go with my newly purchased sandals—a pop of color on the toes can make a shoe go from good to great. But, as fall and winter roll around and my shoes go from strappy to closed-toe, I like to move that pop of color from my toes to my hands. I’m pretty diligent about my makeup application in the mornings.
