All Hail Queen B: Our Favorite Beyoncé Tributes

We’re not worthy! In just a simple pony and black top, Beyonce still manages to turn heads. (Photo: s_bukley /

Earlier this week, the interwebz got a little gift in the form of a video by Beyoncé fan Chris Koo. In honor of the 10th anniversary of “Crazy in Love,” Koo showed us his best hair flips, hip shakes, and more. Mind you, Birchbox HQ doesn’t lack for Queen B fans (as evidenced by our archive of B-related posts), but we can’t hold a candle to Koo’s moves. In honor of him and all the other supremely talented Beyoncé fans out there, we asked the Birchbox editors to weigh on their favorite tributes. Here we go…

Snuggie “Countdown:” ”Everything about Ton Do-Nguyen’s recreation of Beyoncé’s ‘Countdown’ music video is spot-on, and I can’t get over the fact that he’s doing those moves in a Snuggie. This video is the cure to any bad mood.” —Mollie

Single Ladies” Lip Sync on Jimmy Fallon: “This entire clip is gold, but I can’t get over tall and gangly Stephen Merchant doing his rendition of ‘Single Ladies’ (5:20).” —Rachel

Little Arianna Dancing to “Single Ladies:” “If YouTube was around when I was a three-year-old, I’d definitely be on this list. Instead, I’m living vicariously through Arianna’s spot-on choreography, killer pink bodysuit, and on-trend half-up pony.” —Juliette

"Love on Top" by Leroy Sanchez: ”One of my favorite B songs—always puts a smile on my face—and Leroy is adorable. He has lots of other amazing covers on his channel too!” —Lorelei
Cinderonce by Toddrick Hall: “This YouTube star has nearly 10 million views for his Target flashmob sequence to “End of Time,” but I’m going to go out on a limb and say his Cinderella-themed mashup of Beyonce songs is pure genius.” —Ally
