Birchbox Dates to Remember: Special Ops

We know that your calendars are already filled to the brim with days to keep in mind. To make your lives a little easier, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of all the Birchbox dates you might want to know. From when to expect that “box has shipped!” email to the last day to update a new address, here’s everything you need to know about our monthly calendar.

1st of the month:

  • Did you notice a $10 charge from Birchbox on your credit card bill today? Don’t worry—that’s just us keeping your monthly subscription in order and getting your account set for the coming month’s box. 

10th of the month (aka Best. Day. Ever.):

  • Our women’s monthly boxes are shipping today—so you can expect your favorite Birchbox email to arrive with the happy subject line: “Your Box Has Shipped!” 
  • Today is also the last day that you can earn points for reviewing any items in your previous month’s box.
  • Even better news? Free shipping on brands included in the current month’s box begins. For more details on which ones to look for, check out the current month’s category in the Shop dropdown menu on Birchbox.com. (Example: June’s Box).

  • And now you can find all our of brand new monthly content up and ready for you to peruse! Find out more about the samples in your box, the latest must-know trends, and more in the Birchbox Magazine and on our Youtube channel.

25th of the month:

  • Moving or recently re-located? Be sure to update your address today so we can ensure your box is mailed to the correct address. (You can update you address by logging into your account and going to your Account Settings, or you can email info@birchbox.com!).

Last day of the month:

  • If you no longer wish to receive your boxes (we hope this never happens!), today is the day to cancel your subscription. All cancellations must occur before the 1st to ensure that the next month’s charge does not go through. You can read more about our cancellation policy on our FAQ page
  • If the credit card that you have on file or billing address has changed in the last month, be sure to update your information in your Account Settings or by giving us a call, 877-487-7272, m-f 9a-5p EST.
