What You’ll Need:
- Cotton Napkins
- Fabric Paint
- Sponge Pouncer
- Silver Sharpie.
Steps:
- Keep a clean surface by putting lining paper between your surface and the napkin before you paint.
- Dip sponge pouncer in fabric paint.
- Stamp paint dots onto napkin by pressing evenly and gently to create polka dots.
- For a unique graphic print, softly scribble around the dots with the silver metallic sharpie.
- Let dry before using.
