Hat’s off to Emma Stone's stylist, whoever you are. The starlet hasn't stepped out looking anything less than extraordinary in any of her recent appearances. Just yesterday, at the London premiere of her new movie, The Amazing Spider-man, she stunned in a to-die-for deep-V Ellie Saab jumpsuit. It’s a sassy piece of clothing, and exaggerated hair and makeup would have distracted from its total brilliance. But Stone understands balance and went with a smoky eye, understated pink lip, and super-sleek hair.
While she made all the right choices with her makeup, the look really stands out because of her minimalist hair style. Straight and oh-so-shiny, her hair looks every bit as sophisticated as her ensemble. The best part, though, is her textbook-perfect side part. It’s angled precisely so that her bangs really frame and flatter her face. I realized that I can’t remember the last time the actress didn’t wear a side-part. Sure, she has updos where there’s no visible part, but a quick Google image search confirmed my suspicion: the left side-part is practically her signature style. I’m a big fan of this very deep and stick-straight part, but the casually side-swept look also works well on her.
What do you think? Should Emma Stone switch up her part or should she stick with what works?
