The headband is seeming like a mandatory red carpet accessory these days, and Kirsten Dunst is the latest celeb to prove it. The actress wore a stunning gold and floral hair accessory earlier today to the photocall for her upcoming movie with Kristen Stewart, On the Road.

I love how ethereal and romantic her hairstyle is, all pinned up in the back and made extra elegant by the addition of the haute headband.
