April is National Stress Awareness Month. (Mini-tangent: Is there a month for everything? When is National Italian Ice Month? I love Italian ices…) If there’s one thing I know a lot about, it’s managing,compartmentalizing, and boxing up stress. This girl works full-time, has a five-month-old baby, is working on a master’s degree, and is trying to lose ten pounds by summertime. What keeps me calm, cool, and collected? Beauty products.
Taking slow, deep breaths doesn’t do a thing for me.
