Today’s Obsession: Kate Spade NY Polishes by Poppy King

We love Lipstick Queen and color maven Poppy King for her amazing lip formulas, but now she’s teamed up with Kate Spade NY to take on an even more exciting project: nail polish.
Starting next month, Kate Spade NY will be carrying this collection of cute mini lacquers ($28 for the set). The eye-catching shades are inspired by cult favorite designer Florence Broadhurst, and each of the colors is named for one of her famed wallpaper patterns: pretty in pink Watermelon Fingers, bright teal Sea Foam Swirls, coral red Solar Orange, and sunshine-y Yellow Cockatoo.
In a statement, King said, “I have long been waiting for the right reason to turn my eye from lipstick to nail polish…Florence Broadhurst was the perfect inspiration to have me design nail shades that spoke to the same formulas as female fun lipstick.”
Keep an eye out for the lacquers to hit e-shelves at katespade.com in April.
