These Aren’t Your Mother’s Coasters

If we weren’t lucky enough to work at Birchbox, we would seriously consider switching career paths to become interior decorators. When it comes to sprucing up our closet-sized NYC pads, we’re all about the finishing touches. Our home decor fixation of the year? Coasters to protect our precious tabletops from wandering wine glasses and dripping mugs. When we started our quest to find the perfect coffee table accessories, we weren’t too psyched about the run-of-the-mill coasters out there: brown, blah, and boring. So we jumped at the chance to team up with Two Paper Dolls, a Philly letterpress studio started by two lovely ladies in the spirit of all things indie and vintage-inspired. They’re known for making whimsical greeting cards that strike a chord with our inner Etsy addicts, and we’re over the moon that they decided to branch out with us. After months of bouncing ideas back and forth, we’re finally debuting our collaboration this month: colorful coasters printed with fun designs like ampersands and mustaches.

As their inspiring blog attests, the folks at Two Paper Dolls have been busy printing thousands of these coasters for Birchbox members. So grab a set to give your living room a mini-makeover!
